Bushfires NT are the lead government agency for rural bushfire management in the Northern Territory. They administer bushfire management for the state, reaching from Arnhem Land in the north, to Alice Springs in the south. The center houses 35 staff and 350 volunteers and also supports over 500 active volunteers across 20 Bushfire Brigades situated throughout the state.
