How To Change Your Cookies Settings
Cookies or Browser Cookies are small pieces of data stored by websites on your computer. These can be enabled or disabled, or even further configure depending on the browser you are using.
Below are guides to help you configure Cookies on your browser.
Changing Cookies in Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More and then Settings.
- At the bottom, click Advanced.
- Under Privacy and security, click Content settings.
- Then configure your preferred settings.
Changing Cookies in FireFox
For newer versions:
- On your computer, open FireFox.
- At the top right, click Menu and then Options.
- On the left menu, click Privacy & Security.
- Under Cookies and Site Data, configure your preferred settings.
For older versions:
- On your computer, open FireFox.
- At the top right, click Menu and then Options.
- On the left menu, click Privacy.
- Under Tracking, configure your preferred settings.
Changing Cookies in Safari
- On your computer, open Safari.
- At the top left, click Safari, then Preferences.
- On the tab menus, click Privacy Tab.
- Under the Cookies and website data, configure your preferred settings.
Changing Cookies in Edge
- On your computer, open Microsoft Edge.
- At the top right, click More and then Settings.
- Under Advanced Settings, click View Advanced Settings.
- Go to Privacy and services > Cookies.
- Then configure your preferred settings.
Changing Cookies in Internet Explorer
- On your computer, open Internet Explorer.
- On the menu, click Tools then choose Internet Options.
- On the popup, select Privacy Tab.
- Move the slider to configure the preferred settings.
- Cookies can further be configured by clicking the Advanced button.
