Maldives Superyacht
Ampac protects 58-meter super yacht in the Maldives.
Ampac's FireFinder Marine Addressable Fire Alarm Control Panel was recently used by LGM Products to retrofit the fire detection system on a superyacht in the Maldives.
The 58-meter yacht, which is used as a floating hotel, had an outdated fire detection system installed that required updating in accordance with the latest fire marine regulations.
Compliant with the requirements of the Marine Equipment Directive 2014/90/EU as well as DNV GL and Lloyds Register Type Approved, the FireFinder Marine was the perfect solution for this project.
Compatible with Apollo’s marine range of Discovery and Orbis detectors and XP95 Interfaces, the FireFinder Marine control panel is available from 1 to 4 Loops and can be networked for larger systems providing users with powerful and versatile cause and effect programming.
Fulfilling not only the functional performance requirements for the vessel the FireFinder Marine was also supplied completely pre-programmed and installed within a few weeks of the initial inquiry.
