Green Square Site 15

Green Square Site 15 is part of the redevelopment of Green Square Town Centre in Sydney, NSW Australia. Site 15 comprises 4 buildings across a gross floor area of 34,896 sqm, which include car parks, retail and hospitality and more than 300 residences of various sizes.

The Challenge

The towers’ diverse functions require the Emergency Warning Control and Indicating Equipment (EWCIE) and the Fire Detection Control and Indicating Equipment (FDCIE) to offer flexibility and customization features.

The Solution

To ensure the safety of the 4 buildings and their occupants, the Innovative Fire team installed Ampac’s EvacUElite and FireFinderPLUS.

FireFinderPLUS is our reliable and powerful FDCIE. When integrated with EvacUElite through a high-level interface, it provides a comprehensive system that detects a fire event and alerts the occupants in order to facilitate their evacuation. EvacUElite is Ampac’s 4428.16 compliant EWCIE. It’s already been installed in hundreds of sites in Australia and allows the flexibility and customisation required by Site 15. Amongst the many features, EvacUElite offers a fully flexible and easy-to-use configuration tool for instant on-site and single-point programming. It features a touchscreen user interface allowing the customisation of its menu layout. The system has been designed to be easy to install, easy to commission and easy to maintain.

The EvacUElite integrated with FireFinderPLUS is fully compliant with the latest Australian Standards.
